If Teddy Roosevelt argued that imperialism would lead to world peace, you should look to see if that happened.
If imperialists argued they were acting morally towards Africans, based on their racial superiority and Christian beliefs, you should check that out, too.
However, if Chief Kabongo or Edward Morel argued that Africans would be left impoverished and ruined by European imperialism, or that the African environment was being destroyed, or hunger would increase, you should check to see if that happened.
